Already a Lifegate tenant? Tell us what's going on and we'll get on it. Please review the emergency notice below before submitting.
Life-safety emergency? Call 911 first.
For fire, active flooding, a gas smell, suspected carbon monoxide, a break-in, violence, a medical emergency, or any life-safety issue, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service immediately. This form is not monitored 24/7 and should not be used for emergencies.

Submit the details and we'll review and schedule the work. For non-urgent items, please allow a little time; for higher-urgency issues, we'll prioritize accordingly.
