- Rental inquiry, pre-screening, and waitlist details (desired home, move-in timeline, occupants, pets, employment status, income range, and similar).

- Investor and partnership inquiry details.
- Maintenance request details from current tenants.
- Basic technical and analytics data if analytics is enabled (e.g. pages visited), used in aggregate.
We do not require a Social Insurance Number (SIN) to apply for a rental. Please do not send sensitive documents (identification, pay stubs, bank statements) by regular email; we will provide a secure method when documents are needed.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide information you request.
- To assess rental applications fairly and consistently, and to administer tenancies.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our properties and services.
- To communicate about waitlist matches, bookings, maintenance, or partnership opportunities you've engaged with.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and safety obligations.
Consent
We collect, use, and disclose personal information with your knowledge and consent, except where permitted or required by law. Credit checks and contact with employers, landlords, or references occur only with your explicit consent, as part of a secure application process.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with trusted service providers who act on our behalf — for example, secure tenant-screening providers, form and hosting providers, and analytics providers — under obligations to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to those who need it.
