Rentals and applications
Submitting an inquiry, pre-screening, waitlist entry, or application does not create a tenancy or guarantee a home. Tenancies are subject to screening, availability, signed lease agreements, and applicable law. Rental criteria are applied consistently and objectively.
Bookings
Short-term stay requests submitted through this site are requests only and are not confirmed until we approve them and complete deposit/payment arrangements through a secure method. Payment is not collected on this website. Availability shown is drawn from connected calendars and must be confirmed.
